BE IT RES4LVED by the Board of Supervisozs ot the Coun~y o~
Butte, State of California, that ~hat con~ract dated ~he 29th day of
September, 1970, by and between BALDWTN CONTRACTTAIG COMPANY, INC., a
corporation, doing business under the fictitious name and style of
BUTTE CREEK ROCK CO., and the COUNTY OF BUTTE, for the Work and im-
provements to be done in Paradise Pines Assessment DS.strict Nv. 1r
Units 1 and 2, Bu~te County, California, is hereby approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Soard of
Supervisors be authorized to sign, and the County Clerk thereof be
authorized to attest, said agreement; and ~
BE IT FUR~'FT~R RESOLVED that the T,abor and Material Bond and
the Faithful Per~ormance Bond ~o secure the performance of said
oontract and to secure payment of labor and materials claims be fiied '
r,aith the County Clerk oi the County of Butte in said ma~ter, which
said Labor and iKa~er~.al Bond and said Faithful Performance Bond are
hereby approved. ,
