(Vehicle Code Sections 22507 & 22502}
BE IT RESOLVED by the BOAR~ 0~ SUPER,VISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALI~'ORNIA, as follows:
1. ~hat the parking or standing of vehicI.es on ~he hereinafter-
described portion of Pearson Road is restricted -~o parallel parking only ancl
the portion of sai.d road on which the parking and standing of vehicles is re-
stricted is described as fol7.ows, to w~.t:
On both sides of Pearson Road from S1~yway to Clark Road.
2. That PARAL~EZ PARKIN~ OIV~Y signs be p~aced at the appropr.iate
locations on said road.
3. This resolution is adopted in accord.ance with Sections 22507 and
' 22502 of the Vehicle Code, and violation of said resolu-Eion constitutes a
~isdemeanor in. accordance with Section L~0000 of sazd Vehicle Code.
