WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte deems
it advisable fio sell the following property, to wit:
All that real property situate in the Coc~nty of
Butte, State of Cali~'ornia, described as follows:
The Westerly portion of Lots 1~ and 12 in
Block 9 a~s shown on that certain map entitled
"Sierra Park Addition ~o the Town of Paradise,
Butte County, California", which map was filed
in the office of the Recorder of the County of
Butte, State of California, September 30, 1908
in Book 6 of Maps at page 109. Said portion
being West of a line beginning at a point on
tne North Iine of said Lot 11, which is 78 feet
West of the Northeast corner of said Lot 11 and
running thence in a straight line to a point on
the South line of said Lot I2, which poin.t ~.s 78
feet West of the Southeast corner of said Lot 12.
Said portion having a frontage of 77 feet on the
Buschmann road.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that it is the intention of
this Board to se11 the aforementioned property at a minimum price of
$1,750.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that on the 17th day of November,
I970, at 11:OQ a.m., a public meeting of the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte will be held at the regular place of ineeting of
said Board, at which proposals to purchase will be received and consider-
ed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED thi.s 20th day of Oe~ober, 1970, by the
Butte County Board of Supervisors by the ~ollowing vote:
