NOW, THEREF'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Super~ visors of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows: 1. That a cov.nty service area is proposed to be established under the terms of the aforesaid chapter in the unincorpora~ed area of Butte County; the iooundary lines of the territories proposed for inclusion in the area are moxe particular: described i.n Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference as tho.ugh fully set forth verbatim and at l.engtho 2o That the name proposed for said county service area is County Service Area 'No. 3$. , 3. That there are no extended county services provided in t1=-is area o 4. That the types of extended county services proposed to be provided in this area is conducirig studies, preparation of plans and specifications, and the construction and maintenance of drainage tacilities con.tained within the boundaries described herein. 5.
