RE50LUTION OF INTENTION TO CONSID.~12 AND HOI.~D HEARINGS
ON A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABT,ISH A COUNTY
S~RVICE AREA
WHEI2EAS, two members of ehe Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte have reques~ed the establishment of a cov.nty
searv~ce area for the purpose of street lighting, the boundaries
of which are described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a
part hereof by reference; and
WHEREAS, prior to the consideration of the Board of
Supervisors and the Resolution of Intention., it is necessary to
obtain the comment of the Local Agency Formation Com-nission,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors that they intent to con.sider a Resolution of
Intention to establish a coun~y ser~rice area for the purpose of
s~reet lighting, contained within the boundaries described in
Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that by this resolution the Board
of 5upervisors submit the proposal to the Loca1 Agency Formation
Commission for their actions at their next regularly held meeting,
PASSED A1~D ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of ~he
Cov.nty of Butte, State of California, this 17th day of November,
1970, by the following vote:
