WHEREAS under the authority of Revenue and Taxation
Code 4104.4 the Tax Collector of the Caunty may be deszgnated
Redemption Of~icer by the Board of Supervisors,
NOW, THEI2EFORE BE IT RESOLVEA by this Board:
l. That the Tax Collector of the County of Butte is
hereby designated Redemption Officer in place of the County
Auditor. This transfer of Redemption Officer is to be effective
on December 31, 1974.

visors this 24th day of November , 1970, by the
