residents within County Service Area 35 did purchase and have in-
stalled at their own expense a fire hydrant that meets coun~y
standards.
WHEREAS this Board intends ~o hold hearings upon an
amendment to the zones of benefa~t previously established in County
Service Area Number 35. The area in, question is described on
Exhibit ''A" which is attach.ed hereto and incorporated herein as
if set forth in fu11.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board.:
1. That the proposed amendinent to the zoning benefit
of County Service Area Number 5 to that real prope~ty described
in Exhibit "A':' which is attached hereto and incorporated herea.n as
if set forth in full be referred to the Zocal Agency Formation
Comrnission for their approval and co~unents.
2. That this Board specifically requests the Local
Agency Formation Commission to review closely the description and
the zone of beizefit in question.
