received on rhe property described tnerein with the minimwn grice
as set forth in said Resolution on October 20, 1970.
WHEREAS, Joseph 5. Schiavone was awarded the property
based upon the aforementioned bid:
WHEREAS, the said Joseph S. Schiavone has deposited
$200 with the County Auditor, purchase price of $2000, payment of
$1800 at completion of sa1e.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That the Chairman of this Board be authorized to
sign the attached deed to the aforementioned Joseph S. Scha~avpne,
covering the real property described in the aforementioned Resolu-
tion 70-189 and is also described in the a~tached deed.

visors this 24th day of November , 1970, by the following
