RESOLUT'TON OF ALdARV OF CONTRACT, PARAD7SE PINES
UNIT N0. 3 ASSESStiENT DISTRICT, BUTTE COUNTY,
CALTFORNIA
WHEREAS, by Reso7-u~ion adopted on the lith day of August,
1970, it was da~rected that bids be called for the improve-
ment work to be done zn Paradise Pines Unit i~o. 3 Assessment
District, Butte County, California, and that tha time fixed
for receiving sealed bids or proposals was the 8th day of
September, 1970, a~ the houz of 11:00 o'clock A.M, of said
day; and
UIHEREAS, Not~.ce Inviting Sealecl Bids was duly pub-
lished in the time and manner required bI law; and
WHE1tE.AS, aJ~l bids having been publicly opened, ex-
amined and decl.ared pertai.ning to the 3oing of the work
and improvements described in the Resolution of In~ention,
which Resolution of in~ention is hereby express~y referred
to for a description o~ said improvemen~s, and for a].1 other
particulars relativ~ to the proceec3ings under said Reso-
lution of Intention; and
WH~REAS, the soard of Supervisors of the County of
Bu~~e, State of California, on the Z2nd day of September,
1970, ordered the improvements and acquisitions to be made
in said assessment district;
NOW, THEREFORE, TT IS HEREBY RESOT.VED that the Baard
of Supervisors af the Caunty of Butte, State of California,
hereby rejects.all of said proposals or bids, except that
herein mentioned, and hex'eby awards the contract for said
improvements to the Iow'est responsible bidder, ~o wit: . ~

County of Butte publish a Notice of Award of Contract.

and regularly adopted by the Board o£ Supervisors of the County of
