RESOLUTION APPROVING AMEN~En BOUNDARY MAP
WHER~AS, there has been fi~ed with the County Clerk of
the County of Butte, State of California, a map showing the
proposed amended boundaries of Paradise Pines Units Na. 5 and 6
Assessment District, County of Butte, Sta~e of Californza.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE50LVED by the Board of Supervis4rs
of the County of Butte, State of California, that that certain
map entitled, "Proposed Amended Boundaries ot Paradise Pines
Units No. 5 and 6 Assessment District, Butte County, California,"
be and the same is hereby approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEb that a certified copy of said amended
boundary map hexein approved shall be filed with the County
Recorder of the County of Butte in accordance with the provisions
of Part 2, Division 4.5 of the Stree~s and Highways Code of
the State of Ca~ifarnia.

r HEREBY CERTTFY that the foregoing resolution was duiy and
regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
But~e, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, held
