RESOZ,UTION AMENDING RESOLUTION OF INTENTION ADOPTED FX
'T'HE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS ON OCTOF3ER 20, 1970, TN THE
MATTER OF PARADISE PINES UNTTS NO. 5 AND 6 ASSESSMk;~IT
DTSTRICT, COUNTY O~' BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFOP.NIA
BE IT RE50LVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, that the Resolution of Intention
adopted by the Board of Supervisors on dctober 20, 1970, in
Paradise Pines 'Units No. 5 and 6 Assessment District, County of
Butte, State of California, be, and it is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom t.he following paragraph:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED tha~ ~he Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte hereby makes ~he expenses and
costs of said improvements and acquisi~.ions charqeable
upon a district, which said district said Board hereby
declares the district benefited by ~he improvements
and acquisitions herein described; said district shall
include that terzi.tory in -Ehe County of' Butte, Stata of
California, which is shown on that cer~ain map on file
in the office of the County Clerk of the County of Butte,
and which is entitled and described "Prppased Boundaries
of Paradise Pines Units No. 5 ancl 6 Assessment Dist~ict,
County of Butte, State of Califoznia,° and which said
map indicates by a boundary line the extent of the
territory included in the proposed district and covers
all details as to the extent of the area to be assessed;
said map.is, by this reference, incorporated herein
and made a part hereof.
and substituting therefor the following paragraph:

upon a district, which said district said Board hereby

I HEREBY CER'~IFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the 3oard of Supervisors of ~.he County of
Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
the 24t~ day of November, 1970, by the following vote, to wit:
