STATE OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, a public hearing, for which reasonable notice
has been given by publication, has been held as to the public con-
venience and necessity of the impzovemen~s and acquisitions zn
Paradise Pines Units No. 5 and 6 Assessment District~ County o~
Butte, State of_ Ca~ifornia; and
WHER~AS, this Board of 5upervisors has heard and consid-
ered all the evidence, bo~h ora1. and written, relative to the pub].ic
convenience and necessity of the construction of the aforesaid improve•-
ments;
NOLa, THE~2EFOR~, BE IT RESOLVED ~Ytat this Board finds
and determines that the public convenience and necessity require
the improvements and acquisztions in Paradise Pines Units No. 5
and 6 Assessment District, County of But~e, State of Cali.foznia,
and further determines that the "Special Assessment Investi.gation,
Li.mitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931" shall not apply
to these assessMen't proceedings; and
BE IT FURTFI~R RESOLVED that this project shall pro-
ceed in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Muni-
cipal Improvement Act of 1913,
