UNITS NO, 5 AND 6 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT~ COUNTY pF BUTTE,
STATE OF CAL3FORNIA
WHEREAS, an the 20~h day oE October, 1970, the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, Sta~e of California, pre-
liminaril.y adopted the Engineer's Report and Engineer's Estimate
of Cost, ~iled pursc~ant to the Resolution of Intention, as amendecl, in
Paradise Pines Units No. 5 and 6 Assessment District, County of
Butte,;state of California; and
WHERE~sS, since the fiJ.ing of said original Engineer's
Repor~ and Enqineer's Estimate of Cost, bids have been received
showing a different construc~ion cost than set forth in sai.d orig-
inal Engzneer's Report and Engineer's Esti.mate of Cnst;
NOW, THERE~'ORE, BE IT RESOLVEA by th2 Bqard of Supervisors
of the Coun~y of Butte, State of California, that the Engineer of
Work be, and he is hereby directed to file an Amended Engi.neer's ~
Report and Amended Es~imate of Cost to,conform to the Iow bid re-
ceived for said work and im~rovements.

. I FiEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regulariy adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County
o£ Butte, State o£ California, at a regul.ar m~eting thereof held
on the 24th day of November, 1970, by the folloeaing vote, to wit:
