B. Except as otherwise expressly prouided herein below and unless ar.d
until expressly waived in writing by the Regional Director of' the
Of?ice of Civil -e?ense (OCD), on a case basis, the period o£ re-
stricti.on ~'or a~l items of property donated havir~g a single item
acquisit9.on cost to the Federal Government of w2,500 or more sha7.l
be four years from date o~.' donatior.. The specific ex_ceptions are
as iollows:

C. During the period of restriction, the property shall not be sold,
~ traded, leased, loaned, bailed, encumbered, or otherwise disposed
o~' without the snecific prior, written approvaJ. of the Regioral
Director oi OCD or the Director of the CDO.

E, In the event any of the terms and cor.ditions set forth in t'r.is .
section are breached, a~1 right, title, and interest in the prone:ty
invo~_ved shall, at the ootion of 6CD revert to the United States
of America. Zn addition, where there has been an unauthorized
disposal cr improper use, the donee, at the option of OCD shall be
liable to the linited Staies oi nmerica ior all dama'es. ~nihere t~e

Council (Board) transmi.tted in duplicate to the Ca1i£ornia Disaster 0£iice;
