from the Orovilie Wyandotte Irrigation District, which Resolution
of the Oroville Wyandotte Irrigation District requests ~hat the
County advise said irrigation district of the cost involved in the
County's assumption of the assessment and coll.ection duties of the.
district, all pursuant to the provisions of Chapter $, Part 10,
Division 11 of the Wate~ Code o~ the State of California.
W~iERE,AS, this Board has reques~ed and received from the County
Auditor, the County Treasurer and County Assessor recommendations
as to the charges that would be applicable hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, B~ IT RESOLVED that ~his Bo~rd finds as
faliaWS:
1. That the applicable charges as pursuant to Water Code
Section 26603 are as fo].].ows:
ao A fee of $1,000 wha.ch ~he County must pay to the State
Board of ~qualizatzon to prepare the necessary tax
code area maps.
b. A~ee of $2.50 for each assessor parcel that ~ri11
require remapping, i.eo where the presen.t assessor
parcel would not coincide with the boundaries of the
droville Wyandotte Irrigation District.
c. A charge of $25 per parcel for each parcel that
wi11 have to be reappraised by the Assessor.

MADE PLIRSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 8,
P,AR~' 10 DIVISION 11 OF THE WATER CODE
d. A one time cost of $200 as Auditor's cos~ ~or in-put
of the necessary coding into the tax roll procedures,
- including data processing cost,
e. Any additional actual expenses,including but not ~imited
to annual maintenance of parcel maps and appraisal
costs to the Assesso~ not adequately covered under
paragraphs a, b, c, above, caused to the County by
virtue of ~he County assuming the aforementioned
responsibilities ~rom the Oroville Wyando~te Irrigation
: District, it being imposszb~e for this Board to advis e
Oroville Wyandot~e I~~~gation District of the act~a~
cost at this time because of the failure of Oroville
Wyandotte Irrigation District to supply the ~nformation
requested by the Assessor's 4ffice,
2. That a cogy of this Resolution be forthwith sen~ to
Oroville Wyandotte zrrigation District, Butte County Assessor,
Butte Cou.nty Treasurer, Butte County Auditor and to the State
Board of Equalization.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 24th day of November, 1970, by the following vote:
