below,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority vested in this Board
under Government Code Sections 50430 et seq, this Board wisk~as ~ro
declare i~s inten~ion to vacate said easement as described below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on D~cember 8, 1970, at 11:00 a.m., in the Board
Chambers, Courthouse, Oroville, a hearing shall be held on the
vacation of the following desc~ibed easement:
A three foot p~blic utility easement, being the easterly
three f eet of Lot 21 of the "Tracy Subdivision";
which map was recorded on September 20, 1963, in Book
30, Maps of Record, at Page 50, County Recorder's
Office, Co~nty of Butte, State of CaZifornia.
2. That this Resolc~tion be posted and published
pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Sectioxzs 50/+40 a.nd
5044I.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors this
24th day af November, 1970, by the following vote:
