WHEREAS~ the Board of Supervi.soxs of Butte County entered inCO Freeway
Agreements with the State of California, Department of Public Works, Division
of HigE~ways on October 7., 1956, and September 22, 1970, re~.aCing to those
certain portions o£ State Highway 32 in Butte County, be~ween Fir Street and
Hog 8prings and between Hog Springs and Lomo~ respectively; and
WHEREAS, said StaCe Highway Rouee 32 traverses a section of Butte County
in t,rhich extensive development is impending; and
WHEREA5, this proposed development is advantageous to the economy of
Butte Gounty; and
WHEREAS, this proposed development requires additional public road con-
n.ections ~o the Freeway; and ~i

W13EREAS, Section 100.2 of the Streets and Highways Code requires the
adoption of a resolution by the Caiifornia Highway Commission consentzng to
connection with any freeway of new publi.c xoads;
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE TT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervi.sors o~ the County
of Butte~ State of California~ that the California Highway Gomrnission be
requested to adopt a resolution consenting to additional, at-grade public ~oad
connections to State Highway Route32, at locations as follows, to wit:
1. Engineer's Station "B'~ 176.
2, Engineer's Statian "B" 215.
3. Engineer's'SCaCion "B" 301.
4, Engineer's Statian "B" 351.
5. Engineer's Seation "B" 416.
