Gore to a11ow the vacation of the easement as described below,
WHFREAS, p~.rsuant to the authority vested in this Board
under Government Code Section 5Q430 et seq, this Board wishes to
vacate said easement as described below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE50LVED by this Soard:
1. That this Board finds tha~ said easement is un-
necessary for present or prospective public use.
2. That said pub~ic utility easement as hereinafter
described is hereinafter abandoned and vacated.
3. That said public utility easement is situated in the
County of Butte, State of California, and described as follows,
to wit:
A three ~oot public utility easement, being the
easterly three ~eet of ~ot 21 of the "Tracy
Subdivision"; which map was recorded on September 20,
1963, in Book 30, Maps of Record, at Page 50, -
County ~eco~der's Office, Gounty of Butte, State
of California.
PASSED AND AnOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of tne
County of Butte this 8th day of December, 1970, by the tollowing
vote:
