to this Board a. report ancl map in which are recomr.iencled certain
additions and del.etions to the select system whic'~ are ~aarranted.
by changes brought about by annexata.ons, changes in traffic or
land use patterns or other caus~s of ec~ual necessity which have
occurred since the system u~as established or Zast ~nend~d; and

additions and deletions to be necessary for the e~penc~iture of
a»por~.ionec~ FTighway Users Tax Fur_ds in the manner and in acaord•-
ance r,~rith ~he provisions of the statutes;

adopt said report and map, and in accordance with the provisions
of Section 186.3 ot tne Streets and rzigl~v~ays Code daes hereby
pe~i~ion the California Depar~-nen~ of Fublic Works to approve the
select system adclitions and deletions ~et fortl~ therein together
caith such modifications as the Depar~tment ma~ find to be necessary
to conform to statutory requirements.
