RESOLiTTION OF iNTII~ITION TO PURCi-iAS:~ Rk~L l'ROPERTY
WH~REAS, this Board intends to purchase real property in
the Gridley area for the purpose af constructing a garba~e transfer
station to be used by the residents of the area; and
I~fiER',jAS, this Board intends to purchase that real property
described in F~hibit "A" attacl~ed hereto ~rom the State of California
for the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for said purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, ,B'L IT RESOLV~D pursuant to Government Code
Section 25350, that this Bo.ard wi11 meet an January 19, 1971 at
11:00 a.m. in the Board of Su~ervisors Room, Courthouse, Oroville,
for the purpose o£ consummating the purchase of sazd property.
B~ IT FURZ't~~R R~50LV~D that the Clerk is instructed to
publish this resolution pursuant to Government Code 5ection 6063.
