agreementsattached hereto as Exhibits "A" and "B" as being in
tne public interest; and
WHEREAS, this Board finds that the execution o£ said
agree.~nents is necessary to the beneficial utilization of the
Lake Oroville State Recreation Area in behaZf of the citizens
of Butte County;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED tliat the Chairman ot this
~ Board is hereby authorized to sign the attached Joint Powe~:s_
Agreement and Easement Agreement for the construction of Hillcrest
Avenue and Canyon Dr~ve, which agreements are attached hereto as
E~chibit "A"
PASSED AND ABOPTED by the Butte Caunty Board of Super-
visors this 22nd day of December, 1970, by the following vote;
AYES: Supervisors Howsden, Maxon, McKillop, Reynolds,
and Chairman Dunaway
