BUTTE COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 707

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 679, OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTEQ KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1960-61.
The BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF $UTTE* STATE
OF CALIFORNIA do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 679, as amended, is hereby amende
as follows:
(a} That Subsection (B), Section 3, of said Ordinance
No. 679, be amended by adding thereto as follows:

(b} That Section 37 of said Ordinance No. 679, as
amended, is hereby amended to read as follows:

2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty X30) days
after its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (15)
days after its passage and adoption shall be published once in a
newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California,
together with the names of the members voting for and against
said ordinance.
PASSED AIID ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 10th day of July,
1961, by the following voter
