X75 AND 522 OF SAID COUNTX The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. X75 of said County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance of said County, as amended by Ordinance No. 522, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS Section 1. The hereinbelow described axes, situate in the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an "A-3" (Agricultural) District, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and regulations hereinafter specified and provided. The area so zoned is described as follows: A11 property within Sections 29, 30, 31 and 32 of Township 19, North, Range 5E. Section 2. The following regulations shall apply in an "A-3" (Agricultural District: 2.1 Uses Permitted; A. Single Family Dwellings, nods including tents or trailers. B. General farming, horticulture, commercial livestock, poultry production, warehouse and storage. C. Accessory buildings and uses pertinent to the permitted uses, including agricultural processing plants. 2.2 The following uses subject to securing a use permit in each case: A. Duplexes or multiple family dwelling units. B. Golf courses and country clubs. C. Public or quasi-public uses including churches, firehouses, hospitals and clinics, parks and playgrounds, schools, public utility buildings and professional buildings. 2.3 2"iinimum Lot Area Required: Five (5) Acres. Section 3. All uses of land within the District not specifically authorized and permitted, are prohibited. Section 4. Penalties for arty violation of the zoning hereby imposed withi the Distiict shall be as provided in the Zoning Enabling Ordinance. In com- pliance with the provisions of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, this Ordinance shall from and after its effective date become a supplement to and part of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance. Section. 5. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be in fu1: force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of its passage and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be published once with the names of the members voting for and against it, in the Oroville Mercurv , a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
