Seasonal workers and extra help employed by departments and institutions of the County shall be limited to the budgetary provisions therefore and the salaries of such seasonal workers and part time employees shall also be paid semi-monthly. SECTION N0. /a,2 REPEAL OF OTHER ORDINANCES: Ordinance No, 6'79 and all amendments thereto are hereby repealed effective September 1, 1961. All other ordinances and resolutions inconsistent with the providions of this ordinance are hereby repealed effective September 1, 1961. SECTION N0. 43 EFFECTNE DATE AND PUBLIC'ATION': This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption and shall be operative on and after September 1, 1961.and before the exg2ratioh of fifteen (15) days after its passage .shall be published once with the names of the members voting for and against the same in the Oroville Press ~ a newspaper published in said County of Butte.
