regulations concerning hours of work for coun~y employees, and,
WHERBAS, the Covnty Personnei Rules, Section 6.15b.,
establish 37z hours per weeic as the normal work week for county
emploqees, and provides that the Board of Supervisors may by resolutio.n
establish langer work periods to a maximum of 40 hours per week
appli.cable tp a particular group of employees, and,
WH~RrAS, certain departments in the county by necessity
require a different work week than that normally applied to county
employees,
NOW, TH`r'.R~FORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisars
of the County o£ Butte hereby estab~ishes a 40 hour work week for
the following classifications in the 5heriff's Department:
Animal Control Man
Bailiff
Chief .Failer
Deputy Sheriff
Planning & Training Offi.cer
Records & Identification Offa.ce~
Sherif€'s Captain
Sheriff~s Chief Investigator
Sheriff~s Investigator
