Plan; and
WH.~t~AS, pursuant to Government Code Section 65355, heari.ngs
have been held by the Board of Supervisors to Consider atnending the
Circulation ~,lement of the general p7.an ~o ~ontain those streets
and routes as designated dn ~he 5 maps attached hereto as ~i.bxt T°A"
and a.ncorporated here~.n; and
~•7Ii~ti:AS, ~ehis board finds that an ~nendment, of the Butte
Counry General Plan in the above stated narticulars ari7.7. pxomote
the orderly economic gro~rth and de~relopment and insure an adequate
highway transportation system for the County of ~u~fe;
NOW, TH~.'RLFORE, BE IT R:r..SOLV:~D'by the Board of Sugervisors
of the County of Butte, State of Cali~ornia, that the General Plan
o~' the County o~ Butte be amended to include therein the above-
mentioned streets and routes.
- BE IT ~iJRTHER RE50LVED that pursuant to Government Code
5ection 65359, the Circulation ~.lement of the General Plan of t~.e
County of But~te be endorsed to show that an amendment to i.nclude
the above-me.ntioned streets and routes has been approved by this
board.
BE IT FURTfi~;~2 RESOZVrD that pursuant ~o Government Code
Section 65360, a copy of this resolt~tion, together wi.th a copy
of the map' showirag the above-mentioned amendments be transmitted
to ~he Ci~y Gnuncils of th.e cities of 3utte County.
