of a public hearing to be held on the subject of said abandonment
on March 23 , 197I, said notice to be published
~n comp~iance with Streets and Highways Code Section 9580
PASSED AND ADOFTED by the Butte Coun~y Board of Sv.per-
visors this 2nd day of March , 1971, by the
