and Highways Code Sec~ion 956.8, hereby declares its intention
to abandon the county highway described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto a
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk publish notice
o~ a public hearing to be held on the subject of sai.d abandon.ment
on March 23 , 1971, said notiee to be published
in cornpliance with Streets and Highways Code Section 958,
PASSED .AND ADOP'~ED by the Butte County Board of Super-
visors this 2nd daq of March , 1971, by the
following vote:
AYES• Supervisors Gilman, Madigan~ and Chairman Reynolds
NOES: None
ABSEN'T: Supervisors Maxon and MeKillop
NOT VOTING: None
