advisable to sell the following property, to wit:
"Lot Six (6) af Block Twe~ty-seven (27) of Bowers
Addition to the City of Oroville, recorded in Book
1419, Offic~al Records af Butte County, at page 46."
N~W,TH~REFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that it is the intention
of this board to sel~ the aforementioned property at a minimum price
of ~1,000.00 cash.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that on the :;.6th day of Apri1,
1971, at 11:00 a.m., a pub~.ic meeting of the Board of Supervisors ot
Butte County will be held at the regular place of ineeting of said
board, at which proposals to purchase will be received and considered.
