.' RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 71-I8", a bid was received
on the property.described therein with the minimuiii price.as set_forth
in said Resolut3.on.on Febr~ary 9, 1971.
WHEREAS, Ralph D. Hedstrom and Phyllis L. Hedstrom have
deposited with the County Auditor $286.65, total purchase price.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: ' ' `
l. That the:Chairman`of this Board be`authorfzed to sign
the attached deed tn the aforesaid Ralph D:'Hedstro~n and Phyllis L.
Hedstrom, covering the real prope~ty described i:n the aforement3oned
