WI-IER.EAS~ a Grant of Easement dated ~anuary 6, 1971, has hereto~'ore
been executed and delivered by the Western Pacific Railraad Company the Grantors
name therein, to the County of Butte, State of Galifornia, conveying a non-
exclusa.ve easement for roadway purposes over and across that certain real proper
situate in the County of Butte, State of California, more particularly described
in Exhibit "A~' of said Grant o:f Easement.

veyance:
NOW, ~HEFtEFORE, BE Z'~ RE50LVED by tl~e Board of Supervisors of the

Gran~o~, does he~'eby GRANT unto the COUNTY OF BUTTE, a political
subdivision of the State of California, Grantee, a non-exclusive
easement for roadway purposes over and across that certain rea~.
property situate in the County of Butte, State of California,
more particularly described in Exkiibit "A" a~tached hereto and
by reference made a part kiereof as fully as if herein set forth
at length.
In the event ~he property herein described or any part
thereo~ shall ever cease to be used for the purp.oses provided in
this deed, said easement, or such part thereof as shall have
oeased to be so used, and all right,title and interest of Grantee,
its suCCessors or assigns therein, shall revert to Grantor, its
sucaessors or assigns.

leases, 3.i,ens, encumbranaes or claims of ti~le which may affect
the said proper~.y herein described, and the word "grant" as used
