WH~REAS, th3,s board wishes to enter 3nto an agreement
with the County of Plumas with regards to conununity mental health
services; and
WHEREAS, said agreement has been prepared and is attactced
hereto as Exhibit "A",
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV'~D by the Board of Super-
visors ot the County of Butte, State of California, that tlzis board
approves said agreement attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and. the
chairman of this board is hereby authorized to execute said
agreem~nt on behalf o~ the Cotuzty of Butte.
PASS~D AND ADOPTED by the Board of Superv3.5ars of t~i~
County of Butte, 5tate of Calzf ornia, this 23rd day of March, 1971,
