NOSJ, TFIER~FORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Super-
visoxs of the County of Butte, Sta~e of California, tha't that
certain map entitled, "Proposed Boundaries of Paradise Pines
Units No. 4 and 8 Assessment District, Butte County, California,"
be and the same is hereby approved; and
BE I~` ~'URTFIER RESOLVED that a certified copy of said
boundary map hezein approved sha1J. be filed with the County Recorder
o£ the County o~ But*e in accorc~ance with ~he provisions of Part
2, Division 4.5 of ~he Streets and Highvrays Code of the State
of California.
