abandon the county highway described in Exhibit "A"' attached hereto.
BE IT F`URTHER RESOLV'~D that the Clerk publish notice of
a public hearing to be held on the subject of said ab.andonment
~n May 11 , 1971, said notice to be published in
compliance with Streetis and Highways Code Section 958.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by ~the Butte Co~snty Board of Super-
visors this 13th day of April, 1971, by the following vote:
