Home My WebLink About71-066WHERE.AS, hexetofore on the i6th day af March, 1971, the Board o~ Supervisors of the Coan~y af Butte, S~ate of Calif ornia, adop~ed and passed a Resolution of Intention to Provide an Additional Type of Extended Service and to Amend the Bpundaries of Butte County Service Area No. 4; and WHEREAS, said Resolution fixed the 20th day of April, 1971, at 11:00 a.m, of said day in the Board of Supervisors Room, Courthouse, City of Oroville, State of California, as the time and place for the public hearing for the additional type of extended service and to amend ~he boundaries of said territory; and~ WI~IItEAS, said Board at said time and place proceeded to hear arguments, both £or and against ~he additional type of extended service and to amend the boundar~es of said territory; and WHERE.AS, no written protests against the additional type of extended service and to amend the boundaries of said territory were tiled. That said Board hereby finds and determines the proceedings herein were conducted pursuant to Government Code Section 25210.80, et seq., and that publicatic~ and notice were given pursuant thereto, and that said Board finds and determines that the extent to which the services des.cribed are extended county services.
