Wf3EREAS~ that certain easement described below and acquired for
drainage purposes by deed recorded March 15~ 1961, in Book i104 of Official
Records, Butte Countiy Recorder`s Office a~ page 139, is no longer needed for
said purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED THAT pursuant Co Government Code
Section 25367, the County of Butte hereby abandons and relinc~uishes a1l
right, title and interest to the ~o].loraing-described property:
CoRanencing at the southeasC corner oE Lot /~1 as shoran on the Map
of rhe Hobarr Subdivision as recorded in the Office o€ fhe BurCe
County Recorder in Map Book 4 aC page 24; thence S 38°00'25"E,
33.45 feet to the center Iine of Cohasset Road; thence N O1°17'W
along said center Zine a distance of 1202.51 feet; thence leaving
said centerline S 80°4I'W 40.40 £eet to a point on the westerly
right-of-way line of said Cohasset Road~ said point being the
true point of beginning; thence from the true po~nt of beginning
S O1°17`00"E 26.91 £eet; thence S 80°41'00"W, 178.38 feee; thence
westerly along the arc of a tangenC 226.65 footi radius curve, can-
cave to the northeast, through a centra7. angle of 49°24'30" for

right of way Ifne of the City of Chico Sacramento Northern Raxlroad;
