TO EXAMINE STATE BOARD OF EQLJALIZATION RECORDS
BE IT RESOLVED by ~he Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, pu.rsuant to Revenue and Taxation
Code Section 833, that the State Board af Equalization be and ~.s
hereby requested to a7.low the Assessox of the County of Butte or
any duly authorized deputy ar employee of the Assessor, to
examine any and all. records o~ the Board that relate ~o the
assessment by the Board of taxable property within the County
of Butte.
BE IT F[TR'THER RESOLVED tlzat a certxfied Copy o~ this
Resolution be forwarded to the Secretary of the State Board o~
Equalization.
