WH~R~AS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, ~n the 4th day of May, 1971~ adopted;plans
and speci£ications for the a.mpzovements and acc~uisitions to be
made in Paradise Pines Uiaits No.A and 8 Ass~ssment District, Eut~e
County, Ca~if.ornia;

iished the qeneral prevai~.ing rate of per diein wages for each type
of craft or workman needed to execute ox perform the necessary
work or improvements in accordance wfth the schedule appended hereto
and d~saribed, "Schedu~.e of Per Diem-Wage Rates"; and
BE iT FURTHER I2~SOLV~D that said °Schedule of Per Diem
Wage Rates" b~, and.it is hereby, embadied in the No:tice Invi~t-
ing Sealed Bids and all contract documents a.n connection with said
work and improvement hereinabove descra.bed.
