RESOLUTION CONCERNING CHANGES IN MAINTAINED MILEAGE
WITHIN BUTT~ COUN~X

GI~IEREAS, Section 212Z of t[~e Streets & Highways Code provides ChaC in
May o£ each year County shall submit to the Department of Public Works, State
o£ Ca7.i.£ornia, any additions or deletions from its mileage of mainCained
county roads, specifying the termini and mileage of each route added ar delete ;
and '
WHEREAS~ the Department o£ Public Works, 5tate of California, certified
to the State Controller on March 31, 7971, that the total mileage of main-
tained county roads in Butte County was 1420.03 miles; and
WHEREAS, SutCe CounCy now finds that the total mileage of maintaa.ned
caunty roads is 14~+3.15 miles;
NOFIx THEREEORE~ BE IT RESOLV'ED that the mileage ofi mai.ntaj.ned county
roads certified I~arch 31, 1971, be corrected in acco~dance with the indica-
~ions in color on the accompanying maps marked Exhi.bzt "A" and in accordance
wiCh the additions or corrections to ~he attached tabul.ation marked Exhibit
"B", both exhibits being made a part of this reso7.uti.on, by incorporation
herein, and which said exhibits specify the termini and mi7.eage o~ each route
added on deleted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors af the County o~ Butte,
SCa~e of Cali~ornia, this 4th day of M ay _, 1971, by the
