recently introduced legislation; and
W~iEREAS, over the ~ears costs of processing legal documents
has increased due to salary and other inflatior_ary increases; and
WHEREAS, it appears appropriate that ~ees ~or special services
should be augmented so as to reduce the burden upon tihe proper~y
taxpayer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESO~VED ~hat the Board af Supervisors
of the County of Butte hereby indicate theix support of proposals
contained in:
ao Assembly Bill No. 1573
b. Assembly Bill Noo 1574
co Assembly Bill No. 1575
B~ IT F'URT'H~ RESOLV~D that copies of this Resolution be
forwarded to The Honorable Fred Marler, State Senator, The Honorable
Ray Johnson, Assemblyman, and to such other parties as this Board
may direct.
