of S~pervzsors of ~he County of Butte, State of California, on
May 11, 1971, in the Superivosrs' room of the Bu~te County Court~
house fronting on Huntoon Street, in Oroville, California, Butte
County, a nd it appearing to said board th~ a Notice of Time and
Place of Hearing of said Abandonment was duly and reguLary given
as required by 1aw, and testimony and evidence9 both oral and
documentary, having been produced at said hearings, from which said
Board now firids that the hereinafter descrzbed County Highway is
unnecessary far present and prospective use;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HER EBY ORDEI2ED as follows:
1, That the County Highway situate in the County of Butte,
State of California, as hereinafter more particularly described,
is hereby abandoned,
2, That the description of said County Highway so abandoned
is situate in the County of Butte, Sta~ of California, and more
particularly described as follows:
"FAbandonment of a portion of Anita Road from 720 feet west
of ~he cen~erline intersection of Anita Road and Leininger
Road to 1,700 feet west of said intersection, north of
Chicoo"
3o That the Clerlc of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolation, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
o~ the County of B~tte9 fio be recorded in the office of the Recorder
of the County of Buttea State of Californiao
