BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
C4UN~X OF BUTTE~ STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CF#AIRMAN TO
SIGN DEED TO T~IE STAT~.
WTIEREAS, the State of California and the County of Butte have hereta-
fore entered into a certain agreement dated November 19, 19b8, for the improve-
ment of the intiersectiion on State Highway 70 at Oroville-Gridley Road; and
WHEREAS, under the terms ot said agreement the County o£ Butte was,
in consideratiion of the State of California's constxuckion of sai& imgrovement,
to obtain the necessary right of way and transfer such to the State of CaZiforn
and
WHEREAS~ the County of Butte has acquired a certain pazcel of said
necessary righ~ of way from Leland Muther et ux by Fina1 Ordex 9.n Condemnation
recorded i~pril 6~ 1971, in Book Z667 at page 689,
NOW? THEREFORE~ BE IT ~SOT,VEb by the Board of Supervi.sors of the
County of BuCte, State of Cali€ornia tha~ said parcel be transferred by grane
deed Co Che State of California, and the chai.xcnan of t€~e Board of Supervisors
is authorized and directed to sign same on behaZf of the Couney of Butte.
