ABANDON AN EASEMENT
WHEREASp this Board has received s req~est from Larwin
Developments, Inc, to allow the vacation of the easement as describ-
ed below,
WHEREAS,,pu~^suant to:the au.thorzty vested in this Board
under Government Code §§ 50430 e~ seqo, this ~ioard wish.es to
declare its intention ~o vaca~e said easement as described below,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV~D by this Board:

regular meeting on June 8, 1971, at 11:00 a.m., in the Board
