consent to review for possible funding the prolect submitted by the
Butte County Health Department referred to as Butte County Drug
Control Resources Center Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
1. This Board is directed to execute on behalf of But~e
County, the application for grant for Iaw enforcement p~rposes and
special conditions attached thereto,
2, That the applicant agrees to provide the requzred
matching funds to said project.
3o That grant funds received heraunder sha11 not be used
to supplant ongoing law enforcement expenditures.
