of Health Care Services dated May 7, 1971, and signed by A11en J.
Manzano, Assistant Director, and
WHEREt1S, said letter sets out estimates concerning the cost
to this County on both the option and standard me~hod of payments
pursuant to Welfare as~ Institutions Code §§14150 and 14150.1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV~D by this Board:
1, That the County of Butte shall remain on the standard
provisions for the 1971~72 fiscal year.
2o That a copy of this Resolution be sent to the Human
Relations Age~cy of the State of California, Department of Health
Care Services.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 18th day of May, 1971, by the fallowing vote:
