on the property described therein with the minimum price as set
forth in said Resolution on March 16, 1971.
WHEREAS, Eileen H. Hernon was awarded the property based
upon the aforementioned bid;
WHEREAS, the said Eileen H. Hernon has deposited $900
with the County Auditor on the purchase price of $8,900.00, pay-
ments on balance of $8,040.00 to be paid at $I00,00 or more per
month, including interest at 7%.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESQLV~D:
l. That the Chairman of this Board be authorized to
sign the sttached Grant Deed to the aforementioned ~ileen H. Hernon
covering the real property deseribed in the aforementioned Resolu-
tion 71-44 and is also described in the attached Deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Super-
