RE50LUTION ACCEPTING II3 FULL APPORTIONMEI~ TO COTTNTY OF BUTTE OF FEDERAL-AID
SECONDARY AND STATE HIGHWAY MATCH~NG FUNDS
WiiER.EAS, on Nfiay 20~ 1971 ~ t~e State Highway Engineer forwarded official
notice of amounts due Butte County under -~he Federal Aid Highway Acts, in accord-
ance with the provisions of Section 2208 and 2210,5 of ~he Streets and Highways
Code, as follows:
Federal Aid Secondary k'uz~ds ~221 ~065.00
State Highway Fund money for Matehing ~100,000.00
WHEREAS, 8ection 2211 of the Streets az~d Highways Code requires the County
within 60 days of receiving such notice to no~tify the State Highway Engineer as
to what amount of the apportionment the County wishes to claim and to agree to
provide any Gounty matching funds as may be necessary after first considering the
sum`made available under S&H Code Section 221Q.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Cotuity of Butte doea
hereby notify the State Highway Engineer that the County of Butte elaims the said
apportionment and the whole thereof, and that the County of Btxtte does hereby
agree to provide any County ma.~ching funds required as may be necessary after ~'ir
conSidering the sum made available under S&H Code Section 2210.5.
