WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 71~95, a bid was received
on the property described ~herein with the minimum,price,as set
forth in said Resolution on'May 4, 1971.
WHII2EA5, Benjamin A. Campbell was awarded the property
based upon'the aforementioned bid; - --- '
WHEREAS, the said Benjamin Ao Campbell has deposited
$lOQ,00 w'ith the Cou.nty Auditor on the purchase price of $1,000.00,
paymen.ts on balance of $900;00 to be paid at $75,00 per month,
