RESOLUTIOl~I OF ABANDON~T OF EASEMENT
WHII2EA5, this Board has received a request from Larwin
Developmen~.s, Inc, to allow the vacation of the easement as described
below,
W~iEREAS, pursuant to tne authority vested in this Board
under Government Code §50430 et seq, this Board wishes to vacate
said easement as described below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOZVED by this Board:
1„ That this Board finds that said easement is un-
necessary for present or prospective public use.
2. That sairl public easement as l~ereinafter described
is hereinafter abandoned and vacated.
3. That said public easement is situated in the County
of Butte, State o£ Califo~nia, an.d described as follows: to wit:
