RESOLUTION AUTHORZZII3G PI7RCHASE 0~ REAL PROPIl2TY
WHER~AS, pursuant ~o th.e provisions of the Government Cade,
a public hearing was duly advertised for and held on January 19, 1971,
by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte to consider the
purchase of certain real property described herein,
WHII2EAS, said ~eal property is presently owned by the State.
of California,
WHEREAS, said property is necessa~y ~o ~he people of the
County of Sutte tor use as a garbage transfer statian.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED that this Board:
l. Approves the purchase of the real property which is
described in the Di~ector's Deed in Exhibit x~A" which is at~ached hereto
and incorporated herein as if set forth in full, for the consideration
af $5,000 to be paid to the State of California.
2. That the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors is hereby
authori~ed to accept the Directo~'s Deed which is ai#ached hereto as
Exhibit '"AtF and incorporated herein as if set forth in full, upon
completion of the escrow for same.
